Self-Care and Mental Health Refresher

Transitioning back to school can be challenging (maybe even anxiety-inducing for some).


This day-long workshop will be facilitated by Shelby Clark LCSW. LSCW, RYT-200 and is offered in partnership with Renew Counseling.

During this workshop/retreat you will:


  • Learn mental health coping strategies to support you with school and life stressors 

  • Learn and develop self-care habits that will help you refuel throughout 

  • A workbook and journal to take with you 

  • A day focused on recharging and setting yourself up for success this school year
